Exercise helps them to remain focused and engaged in their activities.
These findings are based on the recent Conference of the Anxiety Disorder Association of America. The workshop was based on the therapist guide "Exercise for Mood and Anxiety Disorders" (Oxford University Press, September 2009). Those individuals who often exercise report fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression. Patients suffered with anxiety disorders are treated naturally through exercise as it helps them to control fear and other bodily sensations like heart beating and rapid breathing.
